After being in the Staging and Real Estate industry for over twelve years, I know the best practices for preparing and marketing a house for sale. I have Staged houses in all areas of Metro Kansas City and in all price ranges. I work hard to provide and execute a clearly developed Staging plan. I believe in transparency and action.
My clients loved the TWEAK experience, so demand took me to Redesign and eventually Design projects. They remembered my ability to visualize and maximize the possibilities of space. They also wanted to work with a calm professional who would bring out-of-the-box ideas and industry resources to the drawing board and a no-nonsense approach to working with builders and trades people.

Detailing the Solution
Hours: Beauty is timeless, and the Real Estate biz is 24/7. And what about your schedule? With that in mind, I try to keep normal business hours, but weekends and evenings are possible. Staging or Design Consultations are 2 hour bookings. Appointments to determine Leasing requirements generally take 30-45 minutes. More time can be reserved if your project requires.
Schedule: During peak seasons we are often booked weeks in advance. You should try to secure your appointment or Staging move-in date as early as possible.
Contact: We believe in direct and clear communication. While telephone communication and the opportunity to have immediate dialogue is preferred, we are also available by text or email. I will always respond promptly.
